Retro Saturn(Feb – Jul) - Slow Down, Master!

We had Saturn in Libra for almost 2 years now and that affected all kinds of relationships, like business or personal ones. Libra is the planet of relationships and when a planet like Saturn is visiting; it becomes a little harder to form or to stay in a relationship.

Saturn has entered Scorpio on the 5th of October 2012 and will stay there till the 17th of September 2015. Violent crime will increase and that will only lead to stricter gun controls. Legislation will change and it will be much stricter. Mental health issues will enhance. Also, we may find violent anger and rebelliousness amongst the teenagers.

Now, Saturn in Scorpio is retrograde on February 18 until July 8. Retrograde motion is when it APPEARS as though a planet is actually moving in a backward motion due to the relation of the planet to the earth in its particular position at a certain point in time. The Sun is casting a shadow on Saturn making it appear as though it has slowed down to the point of moving backward. Aries:

It is best to come back to your bank accounts or your loans to see if you can better manage money there. When it comes to money, innocence is never bliss. Stick to projects you are working on now, rather than thinking about changing anything in your life.

Taurus:

Saturn is in the sector that has to do with marriage, other people, and business partners, someone that can take you to court and file a lawsuit. At this time, try to settle, don’t go to trial. Just hold on and do not get married as this will not be a very healthy and good marriage. Same thing can happen in a business alliance. Don’t start a new business venture at this time as it’s sure not going to be a very profitable one with Master Saturn going backwards. The business partner will ask for more and more appreciation from your part. Attention he may not need it.

Gemini:

Saturn is now in the house of work, employees, co-workers, everyday chores and daily routine, also diet, attitude towards food. Saturn is the house of creativity which allows you to be recognized as successful; it is the house of the inner child, hobbies, play, recreation and financial speculation; also the area of love and romance. I suggest no speculation and try not to be creative because you will find yourself in a trap. With Saturn in Scorpio at its full power, direct you were very innovative, but now nothing seems to fit. Your love life will stagnate and love will not be getting serious. You are probably having a baby and this is a very good to settle down for a moment and enjoy this period of your life. No new responsibilities will come your way and everything will just freeze for a moment.

Leo:

Property concern, real estate, domestic issues, family in general is the main focus at this Saturn cycle. This is the time for emotional stability that we all search for, and this is the house of foundation and why we are able to cope with everyday stress. Slow down now and do not prospect the market for a new house, do not prepare a loan for a house or buy a house. Stay away from renovation projects now. No hard work is required and you can just enjoy some moments of rest as the real fun starts in July when Saturn goes direct again.

Virgo:

You will have Saturn in a house that you like, that is the house of relatives, neighbors, community and city life. We also find here short trips and reading, networking, small scale advertising and any form of communication. Rest, do not advertize and stay away as much as you can from short trips. This is just a time to end something, move, go away from the city and stay in a quiet place till July. In July Saturn will turn direct and the fun will begin again. Saturn retro will put all the writing tasks in a desk far, far away from you. If you work in marketing or related services, you felt as if you know and feel the market. This is not the case anymore. Oh, and do not give any speech at this time.

Libra:

Saturn is for you Libra is the house of money, what you have in a material sense, money you earn, debt, possessions, the value system and personal feeling of self worth. This stage in your life has to be a very practical one. Money will come slow, but steady and you will learn more about how to handle resources. With Saturn in Retro motion, things will just stop for a moment. You will be at peace with yourself and money may be held up that you anticipated receiving, and it may not come until after Saturn goes direct July 8. To deal with this, you may have to build a financial contingency plan to help you bridge those months. If you are employed, you may find that it's harder to get a raise and probably the company were you work is not at its highest either. Don’t expect much right now and just keep calm and wait for better days.

Scorpio:

The time has come for the most important zodiac sign, as Saturn is transiting Scorpio itself. Capricorn:

Saturn is your guardian. It is now in the house of friendships, of groups, of associations. Our hopes and dreams are another element of this house. Humanitarian causes, clubs, social organizations, all kinds of large groups of people with an important influence in the world. Saturn is retrograde and that means all your big and beautiful plans must stop. Don’t worry, this is a way Universe tells us we need our share of break. For me, Saturn, is transiting the career house, the reputation, honors, achievement and authority. In this placement Saturn will make you work hard, great responsibility will come and Saturn will teach you how to handle such great responsibility. This period started in October and it means a lot of hard work for all of us Aquarius. Saturn is now retrograde and that means we should slow down and see if we are going in the right direction with all these projects going on. See if we can handle the pressure and the stress that is involved. This period is a very good one because It makes us think a lot about what we really want to achieve in life and if that something is really worth it. This is also about big delays and about waiting time. You have to be patient till July when things will go on to be just the way you left them in February.

Pisces:

Saturn is affecting you in the house of improvement on every aspect of your life, higher learning and continuing education. What is more is that we have here the belief system, your ideas about the world. Long travels and foreign places and people come your way with this transit. You have probably started something new in your life, something big, or better said something that is growing day by day. This is the preparation stage and you will be at your best with this project in about 3 years to come (it was supposed to happen in late October 2012). Right now, you must see that this is a good thing, analyze, see what you need to change to make it work. Saturn Return

I would like to write today about a topic that I have fallen in love with some years ago. I started reading and learning about Saturn, his transit, how it affects us, why and how I can turn this strong energy to suit me.

This is the second largest planet in the Solar System, after Jupiter. Named after the Roman god Saturn, its astronomical symbol (♄) represents the god's sickle. Saturn has been always associated with the Law and is considered the Father of the zodiac. Saturn brings isolation, sadness, skepticism and stalling. Saturn's color is black. Saturn is considered cold (slow) and dry (separate). What I love about Saturn is that he puts us to hard work. Saturn is leading some kind of insight revolution when it comes to the way we look at work. Saturn does not make things simple. He makes them harder and harder. Used appropriately, Saturn represents the energies of wisdom, patience, maturity, responsibility. He will test our limits and the way we see our limits. We all have to take better care of ourselves when it comes to Saturn. It is masculine energy and rules both Capricorn and Aquarius, and the Tenth and Eleventh Houses. As you know, I am a proud Aquarius and it is part of Saturn being one of my favorite planets.

It takes Saturn 28-30 years to complete and it is said that we have had a complete cycle of learning. Astrological speaking, it is considered that you are finally mature when Saturn Returns. That is why we are supposed to be at our best when Saturn returns. Sun Signs: 4 Planets in Pisces

Pisces – you are the star of the zodiac and I hope all Pisces feel this as it has been a long time since all these great planets are aligned in such way. 2013 will be very benefic for Water Signs in one way or another. Don’t expect major things, but the substance will be here and it will guide you for your destiny. I believe all of us have a path – you just have to find it and walk on it. You will find just that – a path, probably different from the one you are walking now. As I have said, in my previous post, Neptune is here for you. He will create the path, but you will have to do the walking. Now, as the planets are aligned, you can begin the walking. Mars creates the goal, the target and it helps you see it in your mind. You have to see the goal before you can actually do it. Imagine yourself with your dream coming true. Communication will not be in a very good aspect as Mercury is in retro movement; still you own this kind of non conventional communication. So, it’s still good. You have the Sun in your sign, so you have Opportunity. You just have to understand that and size it. You will probably expect business and working, but this time opportunity and chance comes in another form. Try to grasp it as it is. Watch for what is hidden; listen to your inner voice and shine!

Aquarius – resources and self esteem are main issues now for you. As an Aquarius, you do not care so much of the outside world and you are not very interested in what is your value. You don’t do it for the money, you do it because you enjoy it and that is it. Oh..and you do it as long as you love it and not a minute more. Now, it is exactly the opposite. You must see value, how much you are worth, what you have and how will you be using all that. It’s about YOUR resources. Also, at this time you doubt yourself. You don’t see yourself as capable of going on the path that is in front of you. You don’t see this happening with the resources that you have now. Mercury is probably blocking your way here as Mars and the Sun and soon Venus will bring opportunity and a lot of resources. Open your eyes and take them and use them in your best interest. Capricorn – the influence here is related to the people in your life. With Mercury Retrograde, you may feel lonely and not connected to the outside world. It is like you can’t create contact with anyone, even if you want that very much. This is what all these planets in Pisces do for you as you are a grounded person and you like clear facts about everything. Now, we are in a pleasant fog and you are a little bit lost. Try to be flexible about all this and understand that sometimes you just need some time on your own. Still, if you need to be in contact with other people, try to create a bond through honesty and openness. See where you stand with other people, be happy if you find friends and be careful if you find enemies. This is a very good time to see what kind of relationship you have and with whom. Sagittarius – the influence here is on your family life. It is probably going to be a period of desired contact with family and roots, but with no actual results. Mercury, the messenger, being retrograde creates confusion and misleading in communication and to you it’s especially on the family front of battle. Take extra care when it comes to real estate, housing, brothers or sisters and be as non-judgmental as you can with family members. It may be challenging to keep a healthy perspective regarding these matters. Don’t try something new now and be as neutral as possible. Mars is also helping you in this matter of not creating or starting a fight at home. The Sun is here so you will find yourself thinking a lot at plans for your home and what you want to do, but try to keep in mind the Pisces attitude and do not rush into anything and do not start something new. Scorpio – this is one of my favorite signs of the zodiac – power and sexuality and now facing all these planets in Pisces, your brother water sign. This is a very good aspect for you and it will reveal what you want to experience and create; what you want to do just for the love of doing it. The Sun is here and it will enhance this part of your life – the pleasure, the creativity, what you love to do, the child in you. The negative side of this is that Mercury is also here and will not let you go out in the world with this. Mercury will force you to stay indoors and enjoy something there. You may be thinking about how you will be perceived by the outside world if they would find out about what you love. This is an issue that happens only in your head and it is not real. Libra – you are the sign that brings people together. As an Air Sign, you are quick to learn and understand and see opportunities and don’t like much analysis and thinking. People usually see an informal leader in you. At this time, you can be very busy and have to work on all different schedules to finish what you have to do. The Sun is now in Pisces, the water sign, and it is telling you to slow down a little bit and take care of yourself. You must think clear and work fast if you want to accomplish all your goals. What is more is that Mercury is retrograde and that puts you in a rather difficult position. You have a tone of work to do and the communication is bad and slow. Try to rethink this over and find solutions for this non communication period. You are being called to solve some problems and you can only do that with some analytical thinking. 4 Planets in Pisces

Hello everybody!

I hope the Sun is shining where you are. I have spent time away from my blog as I had to take some exams. I have been going through a stressful time with work and Law School. I had Mars and Venus in my sign (I am a proud Aquarius) and that helped me get by. This particular start of the year was great as it had all planets in direct movement. This was a time to step forward, to work hard, to create, to learn and to start projects of any kind. This was a foundation start and I hope everything will be built on it. All the planets direct also creates chaotic work environment and extreme business. And for me, this was the case.

Now, the period that we just entered is a rather unusual one. The planets in the sky are aligned in a very curios way: 4 planets are in Pisces. Pisces is the last of the astrological sign. He is wise and creative and calm.

• The Sun entered Pisces on the 18th of February and it will stay here until the 20th of March. We will all feel peaceful, calm, slowing down, preparing for battle, thinking, analyzing, creating the big master plan in the dark and hiding from the spot light. Our minds will be concentrated inward, the feelings that we have are very important now. Remember that this is the Sign that can master Emotional Intelligence-the ability to identify, assess, and control the emotions of oneself, of others and of groups.
• Mercury, the messenger, the communicator entered Pisces on the 5th of February and it will be here till the 13th of April. Communication will NOT be very clear at this time. We will feel extra sensitive here, psychic even. Everything will seem hyper-real. We will notice things we had overlooked before. Mercury is also on a retrograde motion from the 23rd of February, so this gives more confusion to communication. Beware of what you say and try to be as clear as possible. Relationships will have a hard time with this. Try to understand and do not make plans or start a new project or sign a contract or any piece of paper. With Mercury Retrograde in Pisces there are things in hiding, things that are not on the surface and that will be hiding till the 13th of April.
• Mars, the power planet, the warrior is also in Pisces and will be here till the 12th of March. We tend to feel less motivated to go after traditional goals and more motivated to pursue spiritual drives during this cycle. We don’t fight for what we want during this period of time, we are diplomats and we think in win-win terms. I see it as a good aspect as conflict is not welcomed. This will happen when Mars will hit Aries. Right now, we are trying to see the conflict as a way to build something. We see separate opinions on things and accept the other’s point of view.
• Neptune is a slow moving planet and it has entered Pisces in 2012 and will be here almost 14 years. This is a very good transit as Neptune is at home in Pisces giving creativity a boost. This will not affect day to day lives as it is aiming for higher purposes. Dreams and higher goals may come true with this aspect and religion will play a very important role in the way politics and business combine. The negative aspect of this transit is that it creates illusion and it shows a world that it is not there yet. We just project something in our minds, but that world is not here yet and when it will come, it will probably take another shape.
